Monday- 9am-10am

Wednesdays- 5:30pm- 6:30pm

Thursdays- 9:30 -10:30am

Monday- 9am-11am, 11:30-1:30pm, 2pm-4pm

Wednesdays- 10am-12pm, 12:30-2:30, 3pm-5pm, 5:30pm-7:30pm

Thursdays- 11am-1pm, 1:30pm-3:30pm, 4pm-6pm

Fridays- 10am-12pm, 12:30-2:30pm, 3pm-5pm

Saturdays- 9am-11am,11:30-1:30pm

Sundays- Sundays are reserved for special events and private group sessions.
