One Hour Sessions
Monday- 9am-10am
Thursdays- 9:30 -10:30am
Two Hour Sessions or more
Monday- 9 am-11 am, 11:30-1:30 pm, 2 pm-4 pm
Wednesdays- 10 am-12 pm, 12:30-2:30, 3 pm-5 pm
Thursdays- 11 am-1 pm, 1:30 pm-3:30 pm, 4:15 pm-6:15 pm
Fridays- 10 am-12 pm,12:30-2:30 pm, 3 pm-5 pm
Saturdays- 9am-11am, 11:30-1:30pm
Sundays—We offer Sunday sessions once or twice monthly. Please view the schedule under the New Booking tab. Sundays are also reserved for special events and private group sessions.
