One Hour Sessions
Monday- 9am-10am
Wednesdays- 5:30pm- 6:30pm
Thursdays- 9:30 -10:30am
Two Hour Sessions or more
Monday- 9 am-11 am, 11:30-1:30 pm, 2 pm-4 pm
Wednesdays- 10 am-12 pm, 12:30-2:30, 3 pm-5 pm, 5:30 pm-7:30 pm
Thursdays- 11 am-1 pm, 1:30 pm-3:30 pm, 4:15 pm-6:15 pm
Fridays- 10 am-12 pm,12:30-2:30pm, 3 pm-5 pm
Saturdays- 9am-11am,11:30-1:30pm
Sundays- We offer Sunday sessions once or twice per month. Please view the schedule under the New Booking tab. Sundays are also reserved for special events and private group sessions.

Night Session 10pm - 7am
Saturdays - Call for availability for Private overnight sessions
Group Overnight Sessions are available once per month on a Saturday. 8pm to 7 am.
